This web page is used to manually remove the license usage to allow you to use the license in a different system when it is not possible to perform it over the internet.
This may occur if your SharePoint Server is located behind a proxy or is not permitted to access our key validation web service.
In this case you will need to perform it offline.
To manually remove the license usage follow these steps:
- Upload the uninstall surety file (this file is created during the uninstall process and it's located in the setup folder)
